Yes, we offer Ruby on Rails support on particular plans. The web program can be found in your cPanel account under 'Software/Service' as 'RubyGems'. Basic Plan account holders will require a plan upgrade to at least our advanced plan. All servers are tweeked for performance based on hardware and specs for each account hosted.
