IMAP is enabled by default on the shared hosting server plans, there is no configuration required from within cPanel. In your email program you would use IMAP instead of POP3. Use your full email address as your account username and your email password, use yourdomain.com as your incoming and outgoing server. Please email our support team if you have any questions.
