Please review the contents below entirely to assure you understand the changes that will take effect on March 1, 2012.
Due to changes with bank and credit card processing centers, we will no longer be able to charge the 5 day grace period before your due date posted on your invoices. To avoid a system confusion and stop false suspensions against your website we will be charging 10 days prior to your due date posted on the invoice. There have been several reported inaccurate suspensions to websites, domains and dedicated ip addresses resulting in downtime and inaccessible websites for more then 24 hours.
Banks, credit Card issuers such as American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa requires around 24 to 48 hours for them to report back to our processing centers to authorize the charge or decline for the amount of your invoices. With the one day charge this is not enough time to report back to our system and then this results in a false suspension and causing issues with the billing system and charge activities. Please make sure you schedule a deposit into your accounts or watch carefully as these will take effect immediately on March 1, 2012.
Also note, if you have a declined charge within those 10 days you will not be suspended automatically. You will receive three overdue invoice notices. Once the third invoice notice has been released and the invoice has not been paid our system will automatically suspend your website until the invoice is paid in full only after the due date has expired.
Same as any hosting industry usually charge within 15 days we are willing to allow up to 10 days, we do everything we can to prevent interruptions of your service. After 2 years of confusion and false suspensions action had to be taken to prevent this from happening in the future and prevent our customers having downtime due to false suspensions.
